Mr. Neichoy grew up in Beaumont, Texas. He graduated from Lamar University with honors in 1984 and again from Texas Tech University law school in 1989. He practiced maritime law for several years and was a partner in a general civil litigation firm until opening his office in 1997. He has been a solo practitioner for almost 20 years, handling personal injury lawsuits for injured individuals and their families through numerous types of multi-party injury cases.

Mr. Neichoy negotiated the settlement several thousands of cases both as a lawyer and as a certified mediator. He has been appointed to serve as a special master by the courts to issue recommendations on discovery and settlement allocation issues. He has also been appointed to serve as a special master by the courts to issue recommendations on discovery and settlement allocation issues.

Mr. Neichoy is very selective in the type and number of cases that he is involved in at any given time. He believes that limiting the number of clients he represents allows him to focus more on the individual client’s needs and the particular issues to each client’s case. This type of law practice, in his experience, although there are no guarantees in any case, can result in maximizing the client’s recovery. Mr. Neichoy looks forward to evaluating and potentially re-representing you in your case.
