Mr. Neichoy grew up in Beaumont, Texas. He graduated from Lamar University with honors in 1984 and again from Texas Tech University law school in 1989. He practiced maritime law for several years and was a partner in a general civil litigation firm until opening his office in 1997. He has been a solo practitioner for almost 20 years, handling personal injury lawsuits for injured individuals and their families through numerous types of multi-party injury cases.
Mr. Neichoy negotiated the settlement several thousands of cases both as a lawyer and as a certified mediator. He has been appointed to serve as a special master by the courts to issue recommendations on discovery and settlement allocation issues.
