Stryker Hip Class Action Lawsuit

Lawsuits against Stryker related to their hip implants were consolidated into a Federal Multidistrict Litigation. The Multidistrict Litigation is similar to a Stryker Hip Class Action lawsuit, however there are some differences. If a Stryker Class Action Lawsuit were formed, all plaintiff claims against Stryker would have essentially be treated as one claim for the “class members”. In the Stryker Hip Multidistrict Litigation, issues of common fact are heard by one court however, each individual plaintiff claim remains separate and can be settled or tried based on the facts specific to each plaintiff.

To date, Stryker has already paid out over 1 billion dollars to settle claims brought by individuals who received a Stryker Hip Implant.  New claims continue to be brought by individuals who were implanted with Stryker Hip Implants and it is expected that Stryker will continue to offer settlements to individuals who were implanted with the defective products.

How Do I know if my Hip Implant was a Stryker?

The first step we will take is to determine whether or not your problem hip implant was one of the defective Stryker products. In the event that it is determined that your hip implant was one of the defective Stryker Models, or firm will provide you with legal representation to file your Stryker Hip Implant claim on a “if we do not recover damages you do not pay” basis.

What if My Hip Implant was Not a Stryker Hip Implant ?

If we determine that the hip implant you received was not a Stryker Hip Implant however, you had similar problems as described above with your implant, you may still have a claim for money damages against the maker of the hip implant you received.
