Stryker Hip Class Action Lawsuit
Lawsuits against Stryker related to their hip implants were consolidated into a Federal Multidistrict Litigation. The Multidistrict Litigation is similar to a Stryker Hip Class Action lawsuit, however there are some differences. If a Stryker Class Action Lawsuit were formed, all plaintiff claims against Stryker would have essentially be treated as one claim for the “class members”. In the Stryker Hip Multidistrict Litigation, issues of common fact are heard by one court however, each individual plaintiff claim remains separate and can be settled or tried based on the facts specific to each plaintiff.
